Intellipack maths modules perform complex mathematical computations and convert DC input signals to scaled DC or frequency outputs. Typical applications include calculating a sum, delta, average, flow rate, volume ,weight and power. The frequency output modules also provide 2 solid state relays for control or alarm functions.
The maths equations are entered into the Intellipack configuration software in a freeform format, the same as in most popular spreadsheets. A simulator screen provides instant feedback to test equations before loading into the maths modules.
