PXIS-2506 provides up to 5 slots for PXI expansion boards and a single 12HP slot for the controller card. The chassis will support controller and PXI expansion cards from any vendor. These features make it an ideal base for modular PXI systems.

The chassis can be used on the desktop for general scientific and test applications. Wall mounting brackets are also supplied to provide an easy way for system integrators and machine builders to integrate PXI systems in to both existing and new products and applications.
