To install software click on the appropriate software button and follow the on-screen instructions. Choose 'Run this ...' rather than 'Save this ...', otherwise to use it you will need to install the software from the file that will be saved to your hard disk.

To open a manual click on the appropriate manual button, this will open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you wish to save the manual for future use select 'Save as' from the 'File' menu in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need to choose where you want to save the file, ie c:\amplicon
