The CP-118U is the ultimate tool for companies working with RS232 or RS422/485 based protocols. Each of the board's 8 ports can be selected to operate as RS232, RS422 or 2 or 4 wire RS485 providing flexibility at a very affordable price. The benefits of standardising on just one board include less training time for end users & installers, easier spares provision and volume price discounts. DB9, DB25 & RJ45 connector options are all available. The CP-118UI has been added to provide an 8 port selectable RS232/422/485 board with full optical isolation on all channels.
