The GX7300 series are 20-slot PXI chassis that accommodate up to 19 3U PXI instruments and a PXI controller. They are designed to accommodate a single slot Geotest controller, and include a built-in DVD-RW, and hard disk drive. System power is provided by a dual power supply configuration which provides 800 watts of system power as standard.

The GX7300 Smart chassis supports the monitoring of internal temperature and system power supply voltages, with the ability to provide alarms when limits are reached.
