The GX2002 is a three in one PXI instrument for analysing RF waveforms including power, frequency and pulse interval measurements. Its 3GHz frequency range covers the commercial telecommunication frequencies of cell-sites, base stations, wireless modems and digital radio links. It can also be used in ATE or Radar systems, WLAN applications and RF semiconductor test applications.
The GX2002's flexible data acquisition system allows the user to program the aperture delay, as well as the signal threshold level, providing the flexibilty to acquire and analyse RF bursts from 100ns to 1.25s in length.
