RF Analyser

The GX2002 is a three in one PXI/ CompactPCI instrument for analysing RF waveforms including power, frequency and pulse interval measurements.

Its 3GHz frequency range covers the commercial telecommunication frequencies of cell-sites, base stations, wireless modems and digital radio links. It can also be used in ATE or Radar systems, WLAN applications and RF semiconductor test applications.
