The SMX2060 provides 7½ digit performance in a single 3U PXI slot. It has all the functionality and performance expected of a high quality bench-top DMM plus frequency and period measurements, along with a variety of triggering modes.

The SMX2064 adds capacitance and inductance, frequency, various timing measurements, peak-to-peak, RTD and thermocouple temperature measurement. Force/guard 6-wire Ohms for measuring resistance networks and resitors in circuit is also included. It also has fully programmable sources for DC volts and current, plus AC volts with variable level and frequency.
