The ADLINK PCI-7258 is a 32 channel photomos relay card which also has 2 isolated digital inputs. The relays can switch external devices particularly when different signal levels of AC or DC are required. Photomos relays mean longer life, and less noise compared to mechanical relays, because they are solid state.

The PCI-7258 can be used to sense the status of external devices. It can also generate an interrupt when one or both inputs change from low to high.
