The BDF temperature series is suitable for industry standard thermocouples or RTD sensors. All these temperature input devices have open circuit detection, which means they can show when the temperature sensor fails.

The 100mm devices have a viewing distance of over 40m. This makes them ideally suited to industrial applications in paper mills, breweries, glass works or any other manufacturing site where it is critical to read temperature measurements from long distance. The rugged aluminium case makes the BDF series ideal for demanding environments, yet is equally suited for use in an office or exhibition
