Rackmount Cabinets

Amplicon manufactures a wide range of industrial computers and high-reliability storage servers designed for various applications, including NVR and DVR IP surveillance applications, and to complement these Amplicon can supply Schroff 19” industrial rack cabinets with IP20 or IP55 protection rating.

These rack cabinets are ideal for housing our industrial rackmount computers and storage servers. Customers can buy standard products fitted into IP rated enclosures with bespoke cable assemblies.

Schroff rack cabinet specifications include:
* Width: 600mm or 800mm
* Depth: 600mm to 1200mm
* Height: 24U to 47U
* Protection to IP55
* Typical static load-carrying capacity of up to 400kg

These rack cabinets provide efficiency in all dimensions. They have built-in 25mm grids in all three dimensions (width, height and depth). This provides variable mounting options for systems, components and accessories.

For customer ease in rackmount cabinet specification, as standard we offer two series.
Rackmount cabinets for Industrial computers (600 x 800 mm (W x D)):
Suitable for Impact and Impact-R 1000 to 4000 series, Ventrix 1000 to 6000 series,
Ventrix-W 4000 series, and KwikDraw-B 001, 151 to 191.
Rackmount cabinets for Storage servers (600 x 1000 mm (W xD)):
Suitable for Impact-S, Impact and Impact-R 2000 to 4000 series, Ventrix 2000 to 6000 series, Ventrix-W 4000 series, and KwikDraw-B 001, 151 to 191-16.
