Our range of processors is taken from the Intel Embedded Roadmap, to achieve high levels of system stability and long-term availability. All of our systems are designed to run trouble-free 24/7, 365 days a year.
Our chassis are manufactured from heavy duty cold rolled steel. Each chassis is electroplated after the steel is cut to eliminate exposed metal, which may corrode. Our rackmount systems are also fully compliant with the international 19” rackmount standard EIA RS-310C 19”.
We recognise that the most critical component of any industrial system is the power supply, which is why we review the power requirements of every system we sell. The industrial power supplies used within our systems are highly reliable and have a typical failure rate of <0.2% within the 3 year warranty period.
If you do not want a system in our standard black painted finish, we can provide a highly cost effective OEM branding service. Many of our customers now have their systems painted in their choice of colours together with corporate branding across the doors.
All Ventrix industrial computers come supplied with a 3 warranty as standard. Customers will receive a 1-year UK on-site warranty with next business day response, followed by 2 years return to base as part of a total 3-year warranty package. On-site warranties can be extended to 3 years, and are available with a 4-hour response time.
