The ACD-3100 is a low cost MPEG4 video decoder designed for use in conjunction with the ACD and SED family of video encoders. It will provide full screen, full frame rate video providing an industry standard PAL or NTSC signal output on a single BNC connector. The unit has 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs as well as a serial port that can be used for PTZ control.

When used in combination, the ACD-2100 and ACD-3100 provide a very cost-effective video encoding / decoding solution with very low latency.
