The 'Broadband router' is a professional quality 3G/HSDPA/HSUPA capable router designed for mobile, industrial and enterprise class applications. It can provide connectivity to Ethernet and serial devices in the field anywhere that a mobile phone signal can be received. If 3G is not available, the unit will fall back to GPRS providing a basic connection in almost all locations (UK GPRS coverage currently = 99%, 3G coverage = 90%+).

The Broadband Router also has a unique fail-over capability allowing it to be added to an existing ADSL internet connection and will automatically connect over 3G if your ADSL line fails. This is a very low cost broadband back-up service that has the potential to save you thousands of pounds in lost transactions.
